Catherine is a tireless animal rights advocate, a sincere friend, and I think I mentioned the epitome of vegan coolness. Naturally, I wanted her input on my recipes for the upcoming Sweet and Simple Vegan Desserts, which I'm co-authoring with the handsome and talented William Maltese!
Catherine is also a wiz at kitchen shortcuts and adaptations. She suggests using a plastic baggie with the corner ripped off, for those who are without a pastry bag. Genius!
